REGISTRATION
I’ve received a ‘CSRF Token Mismatch’ Error Code when trying to submit my registration. How do I proceed?
A CSRF Token Mismatch error simply means that your browser could not create a secure cookie, or could not access that cookie to authorise your login. This can be caused by ad- or script-blocking plugins, but also by the browser itself if it's not allowed to set cookies. It can also occur when the page has been opened for an extended period of time causing the token to expire. In order to fix this error, please try the following:
- Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser.
- Make sure your browser accepts cookies. Depending on your browser settings, you may have to enable them explicitly.
- Clear your cache and remove all cookies from your browser.
- Refresh the page.
Why can't I submit my biography?
Your biography must be between 200-450 characters (including spaces) to be successfully submitted. This ensures its inclusion in our event collateral, including our guest book and event app.
When is the latest I can RSVP?
Although registration will not close until 30th May 2024 (two weeks before the event), it would be great to know as soon as possible if you can make it. Spaces are limited and we may have to close registration early, if the event is full, so be sure to register while there are still spaces available!
What is your cancellation policy?
Registration for Founders Forum Global 2024 will close at 12:00 (BST) on Thursday 30th May 2024.
Our events are free to attend for founders and highly curated. The Founders Forum events cancellation policy applies for cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the event, Thursday 30th May 2024 at 12:00 (BST) being the deadline, and/or for not attending the event. This applies to any of the events being hosted during the week by Founders Forum. Cancelling your attendance after this date or a no-show onsite to any event will result in a £1,000.00 plus 20% VAT cancellation fee processed after Founders Forum Global 2024. Personal circumstances concerning health will be permitted exceptions. We are proud that our events remain free-to-attend for our curated founder network and the cancellation fee will contribute to the running of our Founders Forum events. Please ensure you notify us (theteam@ff.co) as soon as possible if you will not be attending to allow us to offer your place to someone else. By ticking the Cancellation Policy box and registering for the activities you select in your form, you are accepting the above cancellation policy.
Please note that your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
FORUM
Can I see the guest list and/or agenda?
We do not share our guest list, outside of a selection of confirmed guests, prior to the week before the event, when this is shared alongside the event's macro themes. We will release the full agenda before the event, so we kindly ask that you do not ask us for this in advance.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for all parts of Founders Forum is smart casual — no suit nor tie required! Our seated dinners are exceptions to this rule and warrant cocktail attire (no black tie).
Can I invite a guest to join me at Founders Forum?
To maintain the curated serendipity of our events, we have a strict one representative per company policy. As our event is invite-only, you cannot bring a plus one with you.
I have a meeting scheduled during the day; is there a space where I can take my call?
There are no bookable spaces on site; however, the grounds of Soho Farmhouse are large and there will be lots of free space for a private call.
Why does Founders Forum take place under Chatham House Rule and what is it?
Most of FF Global takes place under Chatham House Rule, which means you cannot attribute anything that is said at the forum without permission from whomever has said it – this includes on social media. This is because we believe the most productive discussions take place when all of our guests can be open and candid in their views and thinking, safe in the knowledge that our event is closed to only those in attendance.
Will there be childcare available during Founders Forum?
Please email theteam@ff.co to register your interest in childcare service at our event.
